Mission
Determinants Of Alzheimer's disease in Atrial Fibrillation apart from Stroke (NOMINATE) is a study that aims to define the association between atrial fibrillation and Alzheimer's Disease pathology in patients with heart disease.
Currently recruiting patients with cardiovascular risk factors with and without atrial fibrillation, This study utilizes plasma biomarkers, cognitive testing, and MRI technology to determine this association.
